RETURNS POLICY

Snapz and Bandz are registered trademarks used by Disruptive Marketing Limited.

The terms “we” or “us’ or “our” refers to Disruptive Marketing Limited; a company with registration number 08013716 and registered office at Floor 6, Lloyds Bank Chambers, Hustlergate, Bradford, BD1 1UQ. England. United Kingdom.

The terms “user” or “users” or “you” refers to the user of the Snapz website or the purchaser of Snapz products.

It is our intention that all Goods purchased through the Snapz website should be delivered to you in perfect condition and we have every confidence that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, in the event that you receive an incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective delivery and wish to return Goods, please follow the applicable policy detailed below.

FAULTY GOODS - WITHIN 30 DAYS
If your Goods are faulty on arrival, you have 30 calendar days from receipt Goods in which to inform us of the fault and claim a full refund or exchange.
To report faulty Goods, you must notify us in writing by e-mail to returns@snapz-cases.com providing full details of the product fault together with your order reference number.

Upon receipt of your notification, we will issue you with a returns form by email that must be printed, completed and returned with the faulty Goods, complete with all components and packaging to:

When we have received your returned Goods and confirmed the fault, we will either replace the product or credit your payment card with a refund as soon as possible and in any event within 10 days.

If upon inspection, the returned Goods are not deemed to be faulty they may be returned to you and an administration fee of £10.00 may be charged.

Any return that is not accompanied with a completed returns form or reference number will be held by Disruptive Marketing for 30 days, awaiting the return of the completed returns form.
No refunds or exchanges can be processed unless a completed returns form is supplied with the faulty Goods. If you fail to supply a completed returns form within this time, the returns process will be suspended without further action.
Images of Goods displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display accurately represents the actual colour of the Goods. The colour of Goods may vary from website images and shade variations will not be considered valid reason for return of any Goods.

Faults relating band components will only qualify for replacement of the faulty band component and will not be eligible for any refund.


UNWANTED GOODS - WITHIN 7 DAYS
In accordance with the guidance set out in the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 Act (Distance Selling Regulations) you may cancel your contract with us within 7 working days of delivery of Goods (starting the day after the receipt of the Goods).

To cancel your contract, you must inform us in writing by e-mail to returns@snapz-cases.com providing your order reference number.

Upon receipt of your notification, we will issue you with a returns form by email that must be printed, completed and returned with the Goods complete with all components and packaging to:

Unless the Goods are damaged or faulty, you must return the Goods in a re-saleable condition at your own cost.

The Goods must not have been used, must be complete with all components and the packaging must be not be damaged. Please note that if any of these conditions are not met we may not accept returned Goods.

Any return that is not accompanied with a completed returns form or reference number will be held by Disruptive Marketing for 30 days, awaiting the return of the completed returns form.
No refunds or exchanges can be processed unless a completed returns form is supplied with the Goods. If you fail to supply a completed returns form within this time, the returns process will be suspended without further action.
When we have accepted your returned goods, we will credit your payment card with a refund as soon as possible and in any event within 10 days.

DDU (DELIVERY DUTY UNPAID) - RETURNS DUE TO REFUSAL TO PAY LOCAL DUTIES
All Goods shipped to an address that is outside of the UK or EU are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and may be subject to a local customs import duty that is charged on the value of the purchase. Payment of all local duties is the sole responsibility of the user.

If you refuse to pay all local import duties levied against your shipment, resulting in the shipment being returned to us; then all related returns charges plus a minimum administration fee of £10.00 (or equivalent at current exchange rate) will be charged against your final refund value.

When we have accepted your returned goods, we will inform you by e-mail and credit your payment card with an appropriate refund as soon as possible and in any event within 10 days.


CHANGES TO RETURNS POLICY


We regularly review our Returns Policy and reserve the right to update it as required to maintain optimum service to our customers. If we change our Returns Policy, we will modify the issue date stated at the beginning of this form and will update the Snapz website.
